I use Canada Post, the fee depends on the size and weight of the package and where it’s delivered. The price varies between $25 to $35 within Canada and $35 and $45 outside of Canada. It can take up to 5 business days (due to COVID-19 it might take a bit longer
Return and Exchange Instructions
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)We accept return of products.
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Shipping fee
First, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Secondly, the transportation costs we actually paid to deliver the items cannot be refunded, and it will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Restocking fee might be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
